• Services are provided in a public space, so the following is REQUIRED: 1. Safety 2. Respect 3. No politics 4. No food or alcohol or vapes 5. No guests (one chair, no lobby) • Deposit is only transferable if appointment is cancelled & rescheduled 2 days (48 hours) in advance, by you. • Deposits for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance are non transferable and non refundable regardless communication. • A no-show will be charged 100% service total. No exceptions. • 10 minute grace period for being late. Appointment may be cancelled at the 11th minute and charged. • If it's communicated you will be late (or me) there is a $10 late fee (either way).
